Fried oyster mushrooms

Materials needed:

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    5 ounces oyster mushrooms

How to make:

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan at medium temperature but not to smoke.
    Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir with a spatula.
    When finished sauteing for 2 to 3 minutes, reduce the temperature slightly and sprinkle salt on the mushrooms and stir until evenly distributed. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally until they remove fluid and turns into softer.
    When the oyster mushrooms is already ahead of cooked, add half of the pieces of leek and salt and pepper. Stir again until blended.
    Serve with the remaining oyster mushroom leek there.

Tips:

    Shut while cooking oyster mushrooms will help the fungus to produce a liquid that can help them to not burn.
    When cooking, the maximum time that can be used is 7 to 10 minutes.
    If too much fluid, you can cook for 1 to 2 minutes further by not using a lid to reduce the amount of fluid present.
